To classify individual assets, each asset must be assigned to a specific type.
Basic asset type categories
The application provides basic asset types divided into categories:
- HVAC
- Medical and sanitary installation
- Low-voltage electrical installation
- Electrical equipment
- Fire safety
- High-voltage electrical installation
- Low-current systems
- Communications
- Lightning and surge protection
- Lifting equipment and accessories
- Elevators
- Escalators and moving walkways
- Sports facilities and playgrounds
- Roads and pavements
- Other
- Pressure vessels
- Measuring and laboratory instruments
- Flue systems

Asset type options

For some asset types, additional options must be specified. For example, for a passenger elevator, you must specify whether it is freely accessible to the public and whether it is used for evacuating people.
For some asset types, selecting an option is mandatory. If no option is selected, the asset cannot be put into operation.
Based on the assigned asset type, selected type options, and applicable regulations, the application can predict the inspection plan for the upcoming period.
