Inspection overview

In the Preventive maintenance module, you can view the Inspection overview. This overview is divided into two parts: Planned inspections and Completed inspections.

By clicking the + New inspection button, you can either Schedule inspection or Add completed inspection.
Planned inspections
The planned inspections section shows inspections that have not yet been completed. Overdue inspections are shown at the top. Inspections scheduled for the next 30 days are shown at the bottom (up to 5 records). Click Show all to open the Inspection plan list.
Completed inspections
The Completed inspections section shows completed inspections. At the top, up to 5 completed inspections are shown that require an assigned document but are missing it for some assets. At the bottom, the 5 most recently completed inspections are shown. Click Show all to open the Completed inspections list.
