How does the application create a preventive maintenance plan?
The OLIFY application automatically creates a preventive maintenance plan based on the regulations and asset parameters you enter. You can change the predicted date, split an inspection, or add more assets to an inspection.
Inspection prediction
Based on the selected asset type, asset type option, and applicable regulation, the system can predict when a regular preventive maintenance inspection will occur. The predicted date always takes into account the commissioning date and the date of the last completed inspection.
Individual regulations can have a so-called tolerance configured. Together with the period, tolerance determines the latest date by which the inspection must be completed.
Example:
A flue gas path check must be performed once a year. This regulation has tolerance configured so that the inspection can be completed by the end of the calendar year. The last inspection was completed on September 30 of last year. The system therefore creates a predicted inspection with a due date of September 30, while also allowing you to move the date to the end of this year.
