How do I reserve QR codes?
Reserved QR codes serve as a database of unassigned codes from which you can assign QR codes in the application to your:
- Assets
- Asset groups
- Portal work requests
If you do not yet have a list of assets, you can use reserved codes to create them.

You create a set of reserved QR codes in Settings / Facilities / QR codes by clicking the "+ Generate QR codes" button. From there, you can also print a set of unassigned QR codes that you can attach to assets you want to register in the application and then assign to assets. Define the number of QR codes, the object type you want to reserve the QR code for, and optionally the locality. This lets you pair QR codes with the selected object type.
