How do I bulk generate and print QR codes for assets?
Bulk QR code generation lets you assign QR codes to assets you have already entered in the OLIFY application. After scanning the QR codes, you get information from the asset detail.

In Facilities / Assets, bulk-select either all or selected assets and choose "Generate QR codes" from the three-dot menu.

The system automatically generates and saves QR codes for the assets.

You can then print QR codes assigned to assets from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner: "Print QR codes".

The application generates a PDF file ready for printing. You just need to print the labels and attach them to the relevant assets.
