Search

Global search lets you find records across the application in Building, Space, Asset, Work request, Inspection, and Checklist entities.

After you press the magnifying glass button (in the menu at the top), the search dialog appears.

Before you start searching, the dialog shows pinned commands, recently visited assets, and recently visited inspections.

After you enter a search phrase, relevant results are displayed. Results are grouped by entity type.

The application searches the following attributes:

• Building
  Code, Name, Building category
• Space
  Code, Name, Space category
• Asset
  Code, Name, Asset type, Asset group, Manufacturer
• Work request
  Code, Subject, Description, Asset code, Asset name
• Inspection
  Name, Inspection type, Assigned To, Asset code, Asset name
• Checklist
  Name, Checklist type, Assigned To, Asset code, Asset name

In Building, Space, and Asset entities, you can also search by extension attributes.
