How do I create a new locality?
This action is available only to users with access to application settings.
A locality is a specific area with a clearly defined address that contains individual buildings and assets.
You can create or edit a locality in the application administration.
Pressing the "+ New locality" button opens a dialog to create a new locality.
Fill in the required Locality code attribute. The locality code is a unique identifier, so it is not possible to create two localities with the same code. Next, fill in the required Locality name attribute.
Next, fill in the required Locality address attribute. You can enter the address on a single line using Google autocomplete. By pressing the Edit address fields button, you can fill in each address field separately.
You can assign responsible persons for maintenance to the locality. These persons may receive notifications about upcoming inspections or new maintenance work requests.
