Single sign-on with Microsoft and Google accounts
We expanded single sign-on options by adding support for Microsoft accounts (Azure AD / Entra ID) and Google Workspace. Support for these widely used SSO (single sign-on) providers significantly simplifies user access management in the OLIFY application and increases security options. SSO can now be enabled with just two clicks in application administration. The feature is also automatically available to all customers on the Advanced plan or higher.
Easier management of work request/inspection rules
Rules for assigning work requests and inspections can now be defined more easily. You no longer need to tie each rule to an SLA. Administration now includes a list of all rules with management options and filtering by locality, team, and more. Rules can now be assigned not only to a team but also to a worker (user). This removes the need to create a team for a single worker. The overview of companies and workers responsible for resolving inspections or work requests for individual assets was improved. Contact details can also be displayed easily.
Contract records
A new feature lets you record any contracts, not only SLAs. You can fill in basic details, assign a supplier company, add custom fields, and attach documents.
Turning system features on/off
Administration now includes a "Functions" item that lets you turn parts of the application on or off without handling this through permissions for each user.
Edit dialog - adding new items to selections
In the edit dialog, some selections now let you add new items without closing the current dialog or switching between records.
The "Add new" button appears in selections for space usage, locality/building categories, part categories, asset groups, companies, and teams.
Grouping map object icons
When map points are close together, they are grouped under one icon depending on the zoom level. This significantly simplifies orientation on maps that contain a large number of assets or work requests.
