Time tracking for work requests and inspections
We added a new time tracking feature that lets maintenance technicians conveniently record time spent on work requests and inspections in the app. This helps you manage and evaluate time spent on building and asset maintenance more effectively.
You can start time tracking directly from the work request/inspection detail (on mobile) or on the Work/costs tab (on desktop). You can also start or stop the timer when changing work request status.
When the timer stops, a work log entry is created for the work request or inspection. You can attach a comment or cost to it. Work log entries can then be analyzed in summary through the Reports module.
Multi-factor authentication at login (2FA) - email and TOTP
To improve application security, users can now enable multi-factor authentication that requires additional verification at login using either a one-time code from email or time-based codes from an app (for example, Google Authenticator). Multi-factor authentication can also be enforced at the customer level for all users.
Portal - expanded permissions for company work request visibility
The work request portal now offers a new permission setting that lets users see all work requests created by users from the same company. This is useful, for example, when you give portal access to tenants or clients and want their employees to see each other's work requests. You can find the option in Portal settings on the Work requests/Data displayed in the work request list tab.
Portal - option to change work request statuses
There is also a new option that lets portal users change work request status — for example, reopen them when needed. Portal user permissions are configured in the work request workflow. To set permissions, choose the transition that portal users should have available and add "Portal submitter".
Work requests - change work request type and assign assignee on mobile
We expanded work request editing options in the mobile app. You can now change the work request type, and the edit dialog also shows the currently assigned assignee, who can be easily updated or newly set according to work rules.
Comment editing
Comments can now be edited, and you can also view the complete history of their changes. You always have an overview of when and how a comment was changed (only the comment author can edit it).
Application settings - redesign
We reorganized application settings for you. Function and module settings are now grouped into clear tiles that you can search or open directly.
