Bulk QR code generation and printing
You can now bulk-generate QR codes for Assets. You can download QR codes and print them from a PDF report. If you already have your own labels with QR codes applied, you can assign a custom URL in the OLIFY app.
Improved asset detail in the mobile app
We improved the asset detail in the mobile app. It now offers faster access to assigned work orders, an overview of open work requests, inspections, checklists, records, and components.
Photo annotation and cropping
When taking a photo for a work request or asset, a photo editor is now available. You can annotate the photo with a pen to mark, for example, where a defect is located, or crop the image before sending it.
Tree structure when attaching a document
When attaching a document, you can now browse and search the folder tree structure.
User avatars
With SSO login, user profile photos from Google and Microsoft are now synchronized automatically in the app. Users can also set their own avatar in User settings.
Forced password reset by an administrator
A user with Administrator permission can now reset another user's password.
Inspection settings for the variable "Year" attribute
In Inspection settings, the variable "Year" attribute is now available for configuring the default folder for saving inspection reports.
Configurable asset export to MS Excel
We improved asset export to Excel so you can now choose exactly which attributes should be exported, including optional fields.
Inspection detail: Completed inspection
In the completed inspection detail, you can now add a protocol separately for each asset or via bulk selection.
User search by role
When managing application users, you can now search roles using full-text search or selection.
New permission to manage work rules
In role settings, you can now add or remove the Manage work rules permission for a user.
