Outdoor spaces

You can now record outdoor spaces separately in the Facilities. These are spaces located outside buildings, such as land plots, parking lots, greenery, and other outdoor areas. Like indoor spaces, they can be displayed on maps (including thematic maps by space category). You can also place assets and work requests in them.

Outdoor spaces

Space tenant records

For spaces (indoor and outdoor), you can now record a tenant attribute. You can update this attribute using bulk change as well.

Map point display filter

You can now choose map layer settings for graphic points and turn map objects on or off (assets, spaces, work requests, and so on). Filters are also available so you can choose whether to display individual asset types or asset groups. Filter settings give you a clearer map view (for example, filter Assets, Asset type: Fire safety).

Map point filters

WMTS support and multiple drawing coordinate systems

In map layers, you can now also set a WMTS layer that provides a service over orthophoto data for the Czech Republic.

Another Maps improvement is support for multiple drawing coordinate systems (local, EPSG: 3857) and loading transformation from another DXF/DWG file.

Optimized loading speed for graphic points on the map

To make working with the map more comfortable, we optimized loading speed even when there is a large number of graphic points.

Import spaces from an IFC file

For a BIM model, you can now import spaces from an IFC file and map floors, for example, based on selected attributes. Properties defined in the IFC can be uploaded into a space in the BIM model (for example, space area, name, space number, and other optional attributes).

Display attributes from a property set for each element

Properties listed in the IFC file are now displayed directly in the BIM model detail on the Spaces tab. Both basic space information and additional details such as wall cladding, flooring, and so on are available.

Inspection type legality classification

You can now configure inspection classification more precisely according to your needs or, for example, manufacturer requirements. Classification options are: statutory, manufacturer recommendation, internal directive, and other. In the Inspection plan, you can filter by this classification.

Option to ignore regulations directly in the asset detail

In Facilities/Assets, you can now ignore regulations directly for a selected asset on the Maintenance tab. The "Ignored regulations" overview is available in the right panel of the asset detail, where you can cancel ignoring and make the regulation valid for the asset again. Regulations removed this way apply only to the selected asset, not the entire series.

Kiosk mode for the portal

The maintenance portal can now be displayed in kiosk mode, which offers a simplified user interface. You can use it for easier work request submission on industrial PCs, tablets placed in operations areas, and other devices with limited input options.

Option to limit team visibility by locality

When you need to limit team visibility to a specific locality, a new function is available. On the Work orders/Teams tab, you can choose whether a team is intended for all localities or only selected ones. The team will then be visible in the list only in the chosen locality.
