Parts warehouses

The new warehouse module lets you record parts in a warehouse and track part and material movements (purchase, consumption, and transfers between warehouses). Part consumption can also be tracked for maintenance work requests and regular inspections. For example, if a work request is created for a leaking pipe and the maintenance worker finds that a seal or another part needs to be replaced, they can immediately check whether the part is available in a warehouse and record its consumption if needed.

Parts warehouse

The warehouse shows the current quantity of a part, and you can set the minimum quantity you need to keep in stock. Parts can also be assigned to assets for record-keeping purposes.

Parts warehouse stock levels

Part consumption can also generate cost items. The system supports the most common cost calculation methods (FIFO, LIFO, average). You can analyze costs from part and material consumption retrospectively, including evaluation by maintenance type and asset type.

Work requests/Inspections - cost tracking

You can now also record work log entries for inspections. Costs from resolving a work request or inspection can be structured as resolution costs (work log entry), material consumption, and other costs.

Portal - QR codes

Scanning a QR code opens the portal work request submission form with prefilled values. QR codes simplify, improve accuracy, and speed up work request submission.

DWG and DXF document previews

DWG and DXF drawings can now be displayed directly in documents without needing to attach them to maps.
