Service desk
To make it as easy as possible to collect work requests and issues from your employees and clients, we created the maintenance Service desk feature. Through the web portal and email channel, users can easily submit and track maintenance work requests or incidents.
Configure the appearance of the web portal to match your identity and style. Create your own work request types that match the most common issues your users deal with. Define default attribute values so your users do not waste time filling in unnecessary details.
- Web portal for submitting and tracking work requests.
- Custom colors, logo, and texts.
- Access to the web portal even for users without a license.
- The portal lets you define specific Work request types.
- For each work request type, you can define which attributes can be filled in, their order, and default values.
- Email channel for collecting work requests through an email mailbox.
Document versions
We added the ability to upload a new version of a document. In document records, you can upload a new version of a document.
- An existing document can be replaced with a new version.
- All entities where the document is attached will display the new version.
- All previous versions of the document are available.

When it is necessary for a responsible person to confirm receipt of an inspection protocol, you can use the Inspection protocol confirmation feature.
- New inspection status - Completed - Confirmation missing.
- Option for a responsible person to confirm receipt and reading of the inspection.
- Option to upload a new version of the inspection protocol document with receipt confirmation.
