What's new in this release

Asset operation log

We added a comprehensive view of all records related to individual assets.

  • Inspections, defects, repairs, record changes, and other events displayed on a timeline.
  • Display in the form of an asset operation log according to statutory requirements.
  • Option to add custom log entries, categorize them by type, and attach documents, costs, and comments to them.

Dashboard

We significantly improved application dashboards. They work as the default view you see in the application after login and give you a quick overview of your inspections, assets, work requests, and other data.

  • Dashboards now let you create your own dashboard widget layout.
  • Option to save multiple different dashboards for different purposes.
  • New dashboard elements were added, such as Locality statistics.

Assets

  • Search asset groups by QR code (previously, a QR code could be assigned only to an asset).
  • Work requests can now be assigned not only to assets but also to asset groups.
  • Assignment of extension attributes directly from the detail of an asset, work request, building, and other entities.
  • Extended description for asset type options (when editing an asset).
  • The Manufacturer field for assets is now a text field.

Inspections

  • Added email and push notifications for inspection changes (can be turned on/off in user preferences).
  • Option to add an event to the calendar from a notification email.
  • Indication of inspection plan recalculation progress directly in the inspection list and asset detail.

Reports

New reports are available:

  • Work request report.
  • Overview of completed checks for a period.

BIM

  • Improved compatibility with some IFC files.
  • Faster model rendering even on slower computers.

Other changes and improvements

  • Bulk document changes, drag & drop, and more stable uploading of large ZIP archives including progress indication.
  • New extension attribute type Lookup with predefined values (enumeration type).
  • New option in the User filter - Current user.
  • Separate list of all spaces across buildings, with import from Excel.
  • Button for sharing a work request/asset/inspection/building URL.
  • The application remembers the last visited page from each module when switching between modules.
  • Other minor application improvements and fixes.
