Improved work request workflow
With the redesigned workflow editor, you can now define custom statuses and transitions for work requests, including permissions and required fields.
Work request approval
For work request statuses, you can now enable approval (including multi-level approval). This lets you specify users whose approval is required for selected transitions between work request statuses (for example, execution of over-limit orders).
